A hopeful stillness begins to unfold and feels like relief. The quiet peace from the earlier sun has begun to show itself again. A dreamy beach day on the Outer Banks was suddenly grey and fierce and one had to run for cover. They call them “nor’easters” and their power comes fast. Similar to life though, all is not lost. The storm passes through, the air feels cleaner and the warmth of the sun returns.
