This is it - the place I conjured up in my fantasy world upon my first meditating class years ago. I’ve been spending time here ever since. The grass actually feels like sitting on silk and the air smells sweet. Psalm 23 leads the river through new paths in my brain ( incredibly effective in recreating life expectations, they say ). Those mental coaches sure are valuable!
